Capital Alliance of Young Professionals, Inc. (CAYP) is the pioneering independent organization dedicated to enriching the lives of young and young-at-heart professionals living and working in New York’s Capital Region. For many professionals in their 20s and 30s, going into business for themselves or working their way up in a large company can be daunting when most of their colleagues and counterparts are 40+.

CAYP is solely dedicated to providing its members with quality networking events highlighting the Capital Region’s premier social venues while maintaining a low-stress environment. Our signature networking socials are held once a month and encourage a diverse group of young professionals to network comfortably at their own pace.

A robust membership that won’t break the bank. A CAYP membership is affordable and often times reimbursable by your company. At $50 per year, your membership allows you FREE access to every networking event throughout the year, and a discounted rate of $10 to our Anniversary and Holiday parties.

Get involved in your community. CAYP offers much more than just a monthly networking social. We offer volunteer opportunities through CAYP for a Cause (CFAC) and partner with local organizations and charitable foundations in the promotion of local events and fundraisers.

The perks? You’ll be invited to exclusive Member Only Events like VIP ribbon cutting events, Paint & Sips/Barbell & Brews activities, and more. Plus, we love helping out our members with the promotion of their events or charitable activities.* Whether it’s through our website, social media outlets or distributed to our email database, we’ll work with you and your organization on spreading the word.

*The promotion of outside events is on a first-come, first-serve basis and are approved/denied by the CAYP Board.
