President & Founder - Maxine Barasch, Esq.
Maxine is an intellectual property attorney working for her firm, Maxine Barasch & Associates, PLLC in Albany, NY.  As president, Maxine will oversee the organization and the Directors, and handle marketing and public relations for the organization.

Director of Finance - Wesley Slyke, M.A.
Wes is a Registered Representative with Mass Mutual Financial Group.  Wes manages the bank account, keep financial records, and prepare tax reports.  He provides a report to the Board every month at the planning meeting.

Director of Programming - Christopher Winslow
Chris is in the management training program at FinishLine.  Chris will plan our bi-weekly networking socials, educational programs, and special events.  He will arrange everything with the venues and assist with advertising.

Director of Development - Suzanne Luraas
Suzanne works in the Individual Gifts and Gift Planning Department at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.  Suzanne organizes fundraising activities, and actively pursues sponsorships from community organizations, businesses, and individuals.  In addition, Suzanne built and maintains the www.CAYP.org website.
